An electronic cigarette works by vaporizing a liquid into pure water vapor. When you blow out “smoke”, you are just blowing out water vapor. No second hand smoke for people to scoff at.

The liquid it vaporizes is based on Glycerin, water, a flovoring and a small amount of nicotine. There are various levels of nicotine available including a o level of nicotine. There are tons of flavors you can choose from including blueberry, chocolate, coffee, vanila, pinapple, peach and just about every other kind of flavor you can think of.

When you take a draw, the e-cigarette turns on and starts vaporizing the liquid in the “butt end” of the e-cigarette. During the vaporizing, water vapor is released and that is what you draw in. When you exhale, you exhale pure water vapor. Not smoke since there is no “buring” or combustion processes. You get pure clean water vapor.

The electronic cigarette is comprised of a battery (which is the “white” part of the cigarette), an atomizer (which produces the “smoke”) and a flavor cartridge with the liquid and flavor to be atomized at the butt end of the e-cigarette.

It works pretty much just like drawing on a normal lit cigarette except instead of smoke, you get water vapor. It is truely so much healthier than real cigarettes and a lot cleaner.

No smoke, no yellow stains on everything, no smell, you won’t reak of smoke, no bad smoke breath, no cancer causing chemicals, no fire needed, smoke anywhere you like since water vapor is not banned and this is not smoking, save a ton of money. You can completely replace smoking cigarettes with the electronic cigarette and you never have to go back. I have not purchased a pack of cigarettes since I bought my e-cigarette.

Smokless Cigarettes give you the ability to have flavors with your “smoking” pleasure.  Even though you are just inhaling water vapor, you can have that water vapor flovered and you can taste it.   My favorite is blueberry of all of the flavors I have tried so far.  Blueberry is very smooth and tastes good.  Another flavor I really love is carmel (not apple).   My least favorite is peach because it really doesn’t taste like peach.

You can have a different flavor anytime you choose as long as you have a bottle of that e-juice handy. Just a couple drops into your digital cigarette and your on your way to flavor land.  The “juices” are what makes the water vapor you exhale.  This water vapor is created from a base of glycerin and has a determined amount of nicotine and a flavoring.  That’s all there is to the juice.  You can also get them with no nicotine once you’re to the point where you don’t need nicotine anymore.

You can get just about any flavor of e-juice.  Apple, blueberry, peach, pineapple, coconut, coffee, chocolate, mint… you name it.  You can “smoke” just about any flavor you like and it does taste good and clean.  You’re really missing out if you are a current smoker and have not tried the electric cigarette yet.  You’re gonna love it.

The real news is that the smokeless cigarette Smoking Everywhere uses or sells is actually a well known type and is used very much by others.  It is really an RN4081 model.   If you want to order parts, you can order parts for a Smoking Everywhere Gold, RN4081, NPRO, PeeWee, Super Mini e-cig or the Liberation Jr… they are all the same and use the same batteries, atomizers and cartridges.

The nice thing about using this model though is you can buy your own “juice” online and refill the cartridges very easily… saving you tons of money over the e-cigs that have to have a cartomizer or cartirdge and atomizer in one unit.  With the cartomizer, they are expensive (2 to 3 dollars a peice) since they contain the juice and an atomizer in each one.

The “Smoking Everywhere” or RN4081 enables you to use your own e-juice and therfore saves you a ton of money.  It uses the same atomizer over and over again so you may want to buy a couple of spares for later (which you can get for $8.00 or less on the internet).

Now to the topic of this post… How can electronic cigarettes help you kick the habit?  Since I have been using the e-cigarette… I have not wanted to smoke any regular cigarettes at all.   It’s simply amazing.  The e-cig has taken the place of regualr cigarettes in my life.  I tried smoking a real cigarette a couple of days after using the e-cig just to see what I was missing and I couldn’t even finish it.  It felt like I was filling my lungs up with so much thick crap that I could not even finish the real cigarette.   Never before in my long history of smoking was this possible.

The nicotine patches, nicotine gum and all the rest cannot compare to the electronic cigarette.  I’m totally serious here.  The water vapor is light and airy but completely satisfies your need for smoke.  When you try and smoke a real cigarette, you can feel the smoke weighing down your chest, making your chest feel heavy.  You will not need to smoke a real cigarette after using the “smokeless cigarette”.  Just use the e-cigarette whenever you used to smoke a real one.  Use the same routines you have always done substituting the e-cig for a the real thing and your will be amazed.

After a few weeks, I’ll drop a level in nicotine for a while.  Eventually I will drop to a 0 nicotine level and just use the e-cigarette just to support my phyiscal habit of smoking.  That may be able to be phased out also over a period of time but for now, the electronic cigarette fulfills all of my smoking needs without the need of a real cigarette and without all of the bad chemicals and carcenigens.  Just clean water vapor is all I’m “smoking” with a touch of nicotine.

Truely and simply amazing.  You owe it to yourself to try this.

Also, I’ll get into this more in later posts but you really don’t have to spend $100 bucks for a kit.  You can order parts yourself and put one of these together for a lot less.  The kit just makes it really convienent to get started, making sure you have all the parts you need.

Since I love lights, this is right up my alley. I’ve had lasers for years (when they were big giant tubes). Now I have a collection of very small lasers and this one is one of the coolest I’ve seen, and it’s green. Most of all of mine were red because it was the cheapest you could buy at the time. With the introduction of “laser diodes” or solid state lasers, the size has shrunk by hundreds. Years ago, lasers were in giant glass tubes but now they are small electronic components that make the light.

All of us smoke for different reasons.  Most of us would like to quit smoking but it’s not that easy.  Why?  Sure nicotine is addicting but it’s not that hard to get weened off of it.  The nicotine patch does a good job of that.   For most of us out there, it’s the events based around smoking that is the hardest to give up.  We go outside for a few minutes to have a smoke.  We may socialize during those few minutes.  We’re used to having something to puff on and having something physical in our hands to “play with”.  A lot of us smoke after easting a meal.  Our life is pretty much based around the physical habits, not just the nicotine. 

You can try to replace those physical habits with gum (but your jaw gets tired) or suckers (you get tired of sugar).  There is really nothing that can replace the physical needs of the smoking habit.  To change that sends a lot of us into nervous spells and causes other physical problems.  You can’t change these overnight or even weeks.

Okay, I hear you cold turkey folks saying “I did it without any problems”.  Sure, maybe you did… but for 90% of the rest of the smoking crowd, it’s not that easy when your everyday life evolves around catching a smoke here and there, getting up from your desk and stepping out for a quick break to get away, etc.   There are a lot of physical habits that need to be broken.

Using an electronic cigarette supplies all of those physical needs… plus the nicotine.  You can still get up and get away from the desk to “smoke” and socialize for a few minutes just like you did before.  You can still drive and “smoke”.  You can still eat a meal and have an after-dinner smoke.  The only difference is… you’re not really smoking.  The e-cigarette is a substitute for the real thing and it’s as real as it gets.  Seriously, you can still do all the “habits” you had before that involved smoking except you not inhaling all the tar and poisonous chemicals.  Just nicotine in a water vapor that is like smoke.

So with an electronic cigarette, you can still have your physical habits that were based around smoking but you’re not killing yourself in the process.  It can’t get any easier than this.  Over time, you may be able to modify your physical habits a bit to slowly change what you do but you don’t have to abruptly change these habits thanks to the e-cigarette.

Desktop Computer are getting less exspensive everyday but there is a secret to buying desktop computers that most people don’t know about.  You can get them really cheap if you do this one thing… Buy refurbished computers.  Refurbished computers are just as good as brand new.  The only difference is that they have been sent back to the manufacturer to be repaired for some reason while they were still new.  The manufacturer fixes them and then sells them as refurbished units… at a fraction of the cost.  That’s why you should buy refurbished computers.
